We must give an integrated approach that defends the need to unify all digital communication channels to bring a consistent brand experience to the consumer. This consistency does not refer, far from it, to the fact that it is done through the same channel. It means that all channels should reinforce a common message, helping to generate a brand history. The great challenge is knowing how to use all the technology to enhance and maximize an idea or a message.
